Playground

The OrdiFi Playground is an off-chain creative composition tool for building layered visual objects from Flickerbox assets and custom uploads.

Why it exists

The Playground started as an authoring tool for layer-based ordinal art. It allows visual compositions to be tested directly in the browser instead of generating every variation through scripts.

Layer-based composition

The Playground uses layered composition categories such as background, screen, overlays, TV frames, items and box overlays.

Users can combine predefined layers or upload their own images into individual layer slots.

Live preview

The viewer updates in real time while layers are changed. This allows compositions to be explored visually before export.

Uploads and local storage

Uploaded assets remain stored locally on the device through browser storage and are not automatically published on-chain.

PNG export

Compositions can be exported as PNG files in different resolutions, including optional transparent backgrounds.

Off-chain environment

The Playground is separate from the on-chain Composer and Verify infrastructure. It is intended as a creative experimentation and composition environment.

Future direction

Future versions may expand the Playground with animated WebP export, flexible layer stacks and additional composition controls.
