Never share your seed phrase or private keys. OrdiFi Support will never ask for them.

Message OrdiFi Support

Send a short description of the issue. Public identifiers such as inscription IDs, UTXOs, serials, or transaction IDs are safe to include.

Wallet connection

Make sure your wallet is unlocked, connected to Bitcoin mainnet, and allowed to connect to OrdiFi.

Case minting

If a case mint does not appear, include the serial, transaction ID, or inscription ID.

Pack / unpack

Include the UTXO or inscription IDs involved so the composition can be inspected.

Viewer issues

Include the inscription ID, inscription number, UTXO, or OrdiFi serial you tried to load.
